Sorry for not posting for a few days. Still on the Optifast Diet. Having trouble remembering to eat all five portions I am supposed to have in a day. My appetite has certainly diminished quite a lot.
I am resisting jumping on the scale and trying to wait until Friday’s weigh-in. I feel pretty good and I know I am dropping weight quickly. I need to get to the gym tonight and walk a few miles.
I am taking my BP meds and my vitamins every day. I will check my BP tomorrow morning to see how the reduction from 25 MG to 12.5 MG of HCTZ has affected my BP. I am still also on Avapro 150 MG once a day.
These are the vitamins I am currently taking every day in case you are interested:
Morning:
B-100
L-Tyrosine 500MG
D3 – 2000 MG
2 – Omega-3 Fish Oil (Lovaza)
Magnesium – 500 MG
Afternoon:
Co-enzyme Q10 – 150 MG
1 Omega-3 Fish Oil
Zinc – 50MG
C 500 MG capsule
5HTP – 100 MG
And usually an Emergen-C in a bottle of water (1000 MG of vitamin C)
